In a study published in Psychological Bulletin, researchers analysed 70 studies on exercise and fatigue amongst more than 6,800 people. Results showed that sedentary people who finished a regular exercise program ended up feeling less fatigued than their non-exercising counterparts.

If you exercise regularly, you will consequently increase your energy and significantly reduce fatigue. Something as simple as taking a walk around the block each morning will do wonders at improving your energy levels, you can make it more functional by running errands as you do your daily walk. Instead of driving places, lace up your shoes and walk.
So, instead of grabbing a sports drink or a tall cup of coffee, you’d do better to exercise to boost your energy through exercise. In the same token, think twice about taking stimulant medication to enhance energy levels; however this doesn’t work quite as effectively as regular physical activity.
If you feel that you’re lacking the energy to blog or even play a simple game of tag with your kids, you should start exercising more. Then you’ll have the energy you need to enjoy the finer things in life.
